The new Narnia movie looks unbearable. The joy of The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is its slow, almost lazy journey across a variety of islands. It doesn’t have any kind of Big Bad to fight and the quest — finding the seven lost lords — is secondary to descriptions of dragons and flowers floating on water.
