If you haven't entered an approved email address - amazon will not send the documents to your kindle for safety reasons. Oh, and remember to put free before kindle in the address when sending - so as you are not charged :)
Thanks for your note! I appreciate it. I did have my personal email entered and was successfully emailing documents to my Kindle just hours before the service stopped working for me. Also, I have the wifi-only Touch so the plain @kindle.com address wouldn’t work for me anyway. :) It seems to be back to normal today. Hope it’s working for you too!
